Her books provoke thought on options and actions the reader can explore for clearing a path in their life to live healthier mind, body, and soul (to include how to activate change that will enable them to reach their full potential with purpose and intention both personally and professionally).

On this new journey, Bridgette is excited about learning new things as she challenges herself and exiting her comfort zone as she stretches her abilities.

Bridgette is passionate about sharing with audiences her strategies for living healthier: mind, body, and spirit. Combining her fitness training and passion for healthy living with thirty years of human resources management, training, and program development experience, Bridgette has consistently delivered practical, insightful, and actionable healthy living solutions.
The Runner / Coach
Bridgette has a long history of promoting running as an option to incorporate healthier lifestyle habits. She loves to share with individuals that becoming a runner is simply placing one foot in front of the other to move forward a little faster. She shares that runners are a special breed of people. They are determined. They compete against themselves. They often face the urge to quit, but they resist it. They celebrate the challenges of being uncomfortable. They celebrate the end whether it’s a few feet, 1 mile, or 10 miles. They are champions of their own feats!
As a coach, Bridgette has supported individuals with their quest to improve their aerobic fitness, muscular endurance, muscular strength, flexibility, and balance (to include practical solutions for disease prevention and disease management). Her ultimate goal is to help them get fit and stay fit.
